Marijuana descheduling advocates plan to take their case against the Drug Enforcement Administration all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit dismissed it. The appeals court urged plaintiffs to petition DEA directly—with the agency being admonished to reply "promptly"—but the advocates say that route wouldn't be fruitful and might actually be counterproductive.
