If you make hand made pizza at home and think that 'it's just missing something' you need this. This inspired pizza spice is named after the street where our incredible R & D facility is located. Best Homemade Pizza Recipe Pizza Dough .25 ounce active dry yeast 1 teaspoon white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup warm water 2 1/2 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ cup yellow cornmeal Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl. Still until dissolved. Let stand for about 10 minutes, until creamy. Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Cover with a tea towel and let stand for 5 minutes. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and kneed for a few minutes. Grease your pizza pan with olive oil. Sprinkle cornmeal on to the pizza pan. Add pizza dough to the pan and use your palms and fingers to gently flatten the dough into a disc. Create a lip around the edges. Pizza Sauce 1/3 cup Nome Street pizza spice 12 oz tomato paste Blend until smooth. Spread on your pizza crust. Spread with mozzarella and desired toppings.
